• Utilize the client’s customized commercial cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the standards established by Keen & Tidy Cleaning LLC. Common tasks include:

1. Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.

2. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms and/or kitchenettes

3. Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen

4. Sweep, mop, and or vacuum floors

 A simple trash-out consists of removing and disposing of the contents of a house, condominium, apartment or other structure. In these cases the trash-out company simply empties the house so a cleaning, remodeling or construction crew can enter and begin work.  

   Extra attention is needed for extraordinary events.  Let us help!

Be sure to book in advance for service!    

  1. Change and replace the following: bedsheets, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and Linens.

2. Sanitize the bathroom: Clean the sink. Scrub the toilet. Take out the trash. Spray and rinse the shower. Check drains for hair or blockages. Dry vacuum the shower & sink to remove clogs (if necessary)Sweep and mop the floor. Final scan of the room.

3. Clean the kitchen: Clean stove. Clean hoods and vents. Clean the microwave. Clean any dishes left in the sink. Clean out & vacuum the refrigerator and 

 A standard move out clean includes:

1. thoroughly cleaning every part of the space.

2. Deep cleaning is also required in some areas, like cabinets and drawers, countertops, and appliances.

3. Everything will be dusted and doors will be spot cleaned. Heavy traffic surface areas in your kitchen and bathrooms will be sanitized.

A General Clean consists of:

Sanitizing the outside of any appliances, cabinets, counter tops, sink, hand washing of the kitchen floor.

Sanitizing the bathrooms, toilets, sinks, tubs, counter tops, mirrors, vanities, and washing the inside of the windows, hand washing of the bathroom floors

All Dry work such as bedrooms, living room, dining room ect...

Vacuum carpeted areas, schmop hardwood floors.
 

 A Deep Clean consists of: (addressing basically everything)

Sanitizing the inside/outside of any appliances, cabinets, counter tops, sink, hand washing of the kitchen floor.

Sanitizing the bathrooms, toilets, sinks, tubs, counter tops, mirrors, vanities, and washing the inside of the windows, hand washing of the bathroom floors
