Payments and Refunds

 Keen & Tidy Cleaning LLC accepts credit card payments and debit cards. We accept cash and checks. Payment is due at the time of service.

$40 fee on all returned checks. If it is necessary to cancel or skip a scheduled cleaning please notify us two business days before the date. This will allow us to reassign your service provider team to another customer. Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service we can not and do not offer any refunds to customers. However, we want you to be satisfied with your cleaning.

If at any point you are unhappy we will be more than happy to reclean the area you are unhappy with, if notified within 24 hours of your cleaning.
